Mokadi is an excellent coach, he is a good listener and provides valuable guidance. I was able to take a step back and explore possible solutions to some of my challenges. My personal engagements with Mokadi have always been valuable and insightful. He has a wonderful way of putting people at ease and can work equally well at executive and middle management level – understanding the context of the coaching engagement well.
